About Dr. Megan Woroch ND

Dr. Megan Woroch, ND, is a naturopathic doctor at the Annex Naturopathic Clinic at Bloor and Bathurst. She works with patients both in-person and virtually, serving individuals in Toronto and across Ontario.

My approach

My interest in naturopathic medicine grew out of my own lived experience with autoimmune disease and the profound improvements I achieved through integrative, evidence-informed care. This personal journey continues to shape how I practice. I value continual learning, but I also believe that lived experience provides an irreplaceable layer of understanding and empathy when supporting patients with chronic and complex health concerns.

I have a clinical focus in complex chronic disease, including autoimmune conditions, chronic infections, environmental and toxicant-related illness, and longevity and metabolic health. I also work extensively in women’s health, digestive health, and cardiometabolic medicine, supporting patients with both specific health concerns and overall wellness goals. My approach includes targeted intervention for disease management and slowing progression, as well as comprehensive health optimization. You don’t need to be unwell to see a naturopathic doctor—many patients work with me simply to feel their best and optimize their long-term health.

Education and Professional Affiliations

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Development Studies from Huron University College before completing my Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. I completed a year-long internship at the Schad Naturopathic Clinic, which included a dedicated shift in complex chronic illness care (FM, CFS/ME, and post-viral fatigue), as well as an externship under the supervision of Dr. Tanya Lee, ND, at the Annex Naturopathic Clinic.

In addition to my naturopathic training, I am a certified nutritional practitioner and completed a Diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN). To advance my knowledge in functional and integrative medicine, I have completed the coursework offered by the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and am currently working toward full certification. I am also a longtime student of the Culinary Arts Program at George Brown College, where I continue to take courses whenever possible.

I am a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and I am licensed through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.

Additionally, I have completed training in facial rejuvenation acupuncture and am certified as a birth doula.

Outside the Office

Outside of the clinic, you can usually find me in the kitchen—cooking, baking, and experimenting with new recipes. I love exploring the city on long walks, discovering new neighbourhoods, and trying out Toronto’s incredible restaurants. I’m an avid reader, a regular at the Brickworks Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning, and, when I need to unwind, I’m probably catching up on Bravo.
