Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

What is your favourite way to eat oatmeal? Mine is DEFINITELY baked! So here is a recipe for baked oatmeal for one!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • sprinkle of cinnamon

  • pinch of salt

  • splash of vanilla

  • 2 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup frozen wild Ontario blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Mix all ingredients (minus blueberries) in the dish you intend to cook the oatmeal in

  3. Gently fold in frozen blueberries

  4. Cook for approx. 25 minutes and SERVE!
