Peanut Butter Oat Balls
I always like to have a little snackaroo on hand, and this is one of my favourites, and it’s so easy to make!
Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter (or any other nut/seed butter)
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips or cacao nibs
Optional: 2 tbsp collagen or protein powder
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
2. Next add the oats, flaxseeds, cinnamon, salt and chocolate chips and mix until combined.
3. Roll into 20 individual balls and store in the fridge or freezer!
